3 things you can’t live without. Coffee, coffee, coffee — not really… it is: God, family and then coffee.

Yoga: strength, sequence or restorative? All three – as long as I’m learning.  Every time I think I like one class more than the other I walk into the yoga room and learn something new and it changes my mind entirely.

Why SSHY? The people. Soul Sweat is an inclusive, welcoming community where teachers, staff and students are all willing to help, support and encourage each other.  I am blessed to be a part of such an awesome community.

What impact do you want to leave on the world?  Positivity! I always try to be uplifting and optimistic.  I realized a long time ago that a smile and encouraging word could change not only a person’s whole day but their entire life. I strive every day to see the positive in every situation even in the worst of times -which is not always easy. I am grateful for the life I have and I want to leave a legacy of hope and of course love!

Tell us a joke.  Who ME? –– tell a joke?!
